What is the TACORI Rewards Program?

The TACORI Rewards program is an incentive program for sales associates to earn Cash Rewards and Passion Points for selling TACORI products.

How do I register for the TACORI Rewards Program?

Visit TacoriRewards.com and use an Access Code from your retailer's management.

HOW TO CLAIM

How do I claim sales for rewards?

Login to tacorirewards.com, submit the required details (sale date, sales receipt). You can claim as a "Full Sale" (one associate) or a "Split Sale" (two associates).

What is the difference between the ‘Sale Date’ and ‘Claim Date’?

- Claim Date: The date you completed your claim on.
- Sale Date: When to sale occurred (Special Orders - TACORI invoice date, Sold from Case - Retailer invoice date).

Do I need to provide proof of sale?

Only when you sell a piece from case, you will upload the sales receipt.

What is the monthly claiming cycle?

Claims must be submitted by the 15th of the following month to maximize cash rewards.

What happens if I miss the claiming deadline?

You’ll only earn the baseline reward and lose bonuses if submitted after the 15th.

What if I make a mistake or claim a sale incorrectly?

Claims can be reversed within 48 hours. After that, contact rewards@tacori.com.

SPLIT SALES

How do Split Sales work?

Sales are split 50/50 between associates, and each receives 50% of the reward.

How do split sales work if I reverse a claim?

Reversed split claims will release the higher reward, split 50/50.

CASH REWARDS & BONUS CASH

How are Cash Rewards earned?

Based on the number of units you sell, the more you earn.

• 1st unit: $30
• 2nd unit: $75
• 3rd unit: $125
• 4th unit & beyond: $175

How are bonuses awarded?

Bonuses are awarded for specific products or sales milestones:

• Fine Jewelry: $50
• Platinum: $75
• Sales over $10,000 MSRP: $100

Will I receive all 3 bonuses?

No. If a sale qualifies for multiple bonuses, you’ll receive the highest bonus.

What is eligible for Cash Rewards?

Sales of 18KT Gold & Platinum are eligible for Cash Rewards. 14KT Gold & 925 Silver are only eligible for Passion Points, and do not count towards your monthly units total.

PASSION POINTS

Under the new program, do I earn Passion Points on all sales?

Yes, based on MSRP and your multiplier.

What is the Passion Points multiplier?

It determines how many points you earn per dollar of MSRP (e.g., 2x multiplier = 2 points per dollar).

Can I cash out my Passion Points?

No, points have no cash value and are only for select TACORI products.

Can I transfer Passion Points to another associate?

Yes, you may contact rewards@tacori.com for assistance.

Can I combine Passion Points with cash, credit cards, etc.?

No, points cannot be combined with other forms of payment.
